Sir...you need to do some more research. The evo bottom end is a very stout cast iron bottom end with forged internals and can easily handle 500awhp for awhile!

nice kit, sounds like something i would buy but im fairy set on the gt37r turbo kit by ams, its just the most perfect fit for my style , good luck budd!!

507 whp on c16 seems a little low. Mani looks good though.

stock has forged internals? really? forged piston or rod? or both?

No radiator fan? Im having problems with my solenoid on my AEM too... How do you have yours setup?

if your putting down truely 500 on 24 psi pump on stock motor your probabaly going to be in trouble, 500 on C-16 is a totally different story!
