take the stock grill out of you stock hood and install it on you cf hood ,and remove the one that came on you cf hood ,you have to make some modification's and be creative.

yea just swap them out and show some pictures of the hood

now the thing is that i do not have my stock hood with me anymore!!!.... what else can i do pleaseeee.....?

damn your quick to get rid of it ...umm i actually dont know what to do i know a few people out here in fl with the cf hood and its open and they have never had a problem but i really dont know....if its not a pain can i see some pictures

Are all 3 pics of the same car? the one on the left looks like a EB IX while the other 2 look like BBY VIII's

how is that? both have the VIII "thong" piece where the triple diamond is and no holes in the front bumper like the IX

I have had my CF hood on for almost 2 years here in FL, with the open mesh and have had no problems. Actually you will find alot of ppl remove the aluminum shield from their stocks hood for additional cooling.

yeah three pictures were all the same car(the first one i took it at night..) i think that's why the picture turned out better..... so you guys are saying that you don't even need that shield underneath the grill?.... b/c what if it rains? what if it snows? cuz i live in new england area... would this be bad to my engine though?

I had mine off for the summer, but I put it back on for the winter, I also live in the new england area, just don't want the cold a$$ snow/ rain to get on the engine. not sure if it will cause damage, can't see how it will, just a personal option... i guess.... btw the car is looking good, big fan of the cf hoods, looking to purchase one next spring...
