Helpful suggestions that is... :] I also posted this in the NE forum.
I have looked locally and also searched on this forum and have come up empty for anything this close to the Great White North. (yes, a Bob and Doug fan, for any who get the reference :] )
Anyways, thanks in advance for any input.
Tom
I know, I know "move to California or Ohio" or (insert locale of favorite tuner here )

Dynoflash (tuning) and Pruven Performance (shop) are right there in CT. Is that too far? I'm unsure how you searched and didn't find these well-known companies unless CT is not considered part of the Great White North. Dynoflash even has his own sub-forum down below...

Warr: no, don't qualify :] snow doesn't even stick when it does fall there :] I have a few friends there and they don't even like coming up to visit in the winter because of the weather (then again, maybe they just don't like me much
John: The rally prep co. is Called Vermont Rally or something like that. They used to be about 20 min. from my house and almost influenced my decision into buying an STI because they are a fantastic company for that make. Just not Mitsu...bummer there...No there are not many EVOs in the area, another reason to go the direction I did.
Thanks for the suggestions guys.
