Car still running strong with 50K+ miles. Stock motors except for bolts and cams. Had tranny replaced because I fooled around with different shifters and messed up the syncro. But I wasn't out any money after buying a front clip and parts the rest.
Still driving it everyday.
If I were to knock over a bank, my getaway car would be my DD Evo. :P

you know, we see all those chases on tv with those cop shows and i always wonder to my self... i wonder what would happen if a well driven evo or sti was the getaway car. i wonder if the cops could even remotely keep up (i mean by car, obviously we got nothing on a helicopter a mile up in the sky recording us)

Had my car since the end of july and no problems! Runs great! Just changed out all drivetrain fluids and that made a huge difference. Especially running BG synchroshift in the tranny. Got rid of my 2nd to 3rd slight grind and most of the notchyness! Beatin' on daily as well!

My buddy has a IX RS. He kind of abused it from the get go. My GSR is running like a champ, not one problem. The RS on the other hand has already blown off his piping 2 times already, and drives kinda harsh ( considering it is an rs )

And thats Bass Ackwards! Since I live in AZ it gets real hot here and my car gets real slow! I swear it seems like it loses 30 whp in the summer!
