Parking question.

do you guys always put up your parking brake, then put your car in 1st gear before you turn off the car, or do u just put the parking brake up and leave it out of gear?

Why would you make the title a bunch of question marks? At least put something in there so people know what your topic is.

I don't put my car in gear when I park unless it's on a steep hill, because I disconnect my clutch starter switch so that I don't have to press the clutch to start the car. If I left it in gear, it would lurch forward when I try to crank it.

Depends. In gear when I'm parked on a slope, neutral otherwise.

and warr.. all the question marks make you curious as to what this could be about dont they ? they make u want to read it, once you read it , hey might as well post a response. that was my logic behind that ... lol

I put my Sentra and my old truck in first with the E-Brake on, but for some reason I leave the Evo in neutral (unless it's on a hill). Not really sure why I do it differently.

Edit: I'd ban you for the thread title, be glad I'm not a mod.

that logic directly contradicts the rules, I would highly recommend not doing it again.

I don't leave the car in gear, cause I need to leave it out of gear for the turbo timer to run.
It actually took me a long time to break that habit cause before, I would always leave my car in first.
