Fog light on a EVO IX GSR

Fog light on a EVO IX GSR
I have a EVO IX non-SE model, so there's no factory HID or fog. I was wondering if it's possible to cut off the plastic and put in fog light in there? Anypne done something like this before ?

Honestly, I've never turned on my fogs other than when I first got the car for pics.
The HIDs are bright enough that the fogs don't really add much.
Might make more of a difference if you have a GSR with halogen's though.
