Can you tell from the charts I need a bov, or does the plastic one just suck that much? Would it help hold more boost at high rpm's? The mods you listed are exactly what I want. I am looking at a used exhaust now. Fuel pump is a definate. Yes, I have posted the problem in the correct forum, and forums off this site. It is a very rare problem, and it seems risky to me b/c I have only received two responses. If someone said they are absolutely positive they could flash / tune my ECU with no problems, I would spend more money on supporting mods. So , if anyone knows anyone that has received the "Unkown ROM Image" error on ECUFlash, and moved on successfully, that would be a huge help. I will try to contact MalibuJack again too.

The stock plastic dv (or bov) from the '03s does tend to leak, thus it is often replaced. Why in the world mitsu put it on the evo, I don't know. But, unless you have plans to go with high boost (along with race gas or meth), I'd recommend replacing it with the newer metal one from the IX. It's pretty easy to find them now from members or vendors on this site. If you want more, the forge rs seems to be the best bet.
