I have searched and searched and havent found alot of reviews of this exhaust, i really like the look and sound of it but i would like to know how people who have this exhaust feel about it and how is it compared to other exhausts ie BR and AMS

front what i hear (no pun) this is supposed to be the quietest exhaust for the evo.

 

i dont have it on my car(but a buddy has the hyper) but the quality is very nice...and the bends are perfect...nice materials...awesome sound...you cant go wrong

--as for power...pulls pretty hard for a sports type muffer but you can always unbolt the muffler before a race!!!

 

Iv'e got the Ultra medalion, plus downpipe fits prefect and sounds great.

There are Dyno numbers for the Tanabe medallion Concept Blue exhaust in the newest issue of Import Tuner. Dynojet gains of about 24 HP and 5 TQ. There's a thread about this article from earlier in the week. Those numbers are without Flash tune. Eventhough Import Tuner is a Lame magazine, there are some Dyno numbers.

I cant tell you about the evo exhaust but I had the supra DP and exhaust and both were very high quality.

 

ihave the ultra, i like it cuz it has a small discreet can. it looks like it could almost fit on a motorcycle.

 

tanabe claims its under 90 db or so...go to tanabeusa, they have sound clips for evo catback i think

 

buy the AMS Turbo back. Can't beat the fit or the quality

 

Hey...I was looking at exhausts too...and If researched...really, you have to see first hand if you like it...sound, hp, ect. I can't really decide. I guess I have to go to a meet and get some first hand experience. Is that thing angeled? What's the invoice price on the Tanabe?

 

i did order the Tanabe medallion touring.i didn't recieved yet .but as soon as i installed it i will post the pictures.
