Has anyone had luck with fighting "paced" speeding tickets?

Again .. more speed increases the "severity" of the accident, and is not a major contributing factor. One thing that can be coupled with speed is inattention, and its inattention (in some cases to slow down) that is the major contributor.
We've delving greatly into the area of social makeup and statistics, by each posting facts on a basis of personal observation. So for the sake of not going OT, I believe the poster has a classic case of cop knows better, and is trying to know if he can challenge the officer in a court of law. The short answer again is yes, and I encourage him to do so.
