rpm jump when shifting?

gots to stick up for the HKS.
Okay, so the HKS bov might have acted up after install on me and is annoying me right now. But its the same thing with fly girls, they like to cause drama every now and thing but its always worth it at the end of the day when you get some. Just like when the bov is whistling like a champ when hauling a** around the suburbs late at night. Anyways... I'm thinking it is leaking through the cover that replaced the stock bov. Attempted to secure it more properly, but drove it and had same problem. Although, while driving the problem went away. Yet, sadly came back a couple miles later. I'm thinking the freezing temperature outside froze up the sealent that was drooled around the cover prior to placing it into the hose and made it ineffective. So I'm going to take it out and clean off the old sealent and put on some stronger sh*t tomorrow. Maybe I messed up my shift cables and its not the bov this time???
