well i guess my calling finally worked, i recieved a text message from him saying he was going to refund me my money. I called him for 2 straight days, pretty much every half hour. Lets see if he actually refunds my money.

He more than likely had every intention of sending you the part. He was going to steal it from work since you said he worked at a mistu dealership and then send it to you. But when he got fired from work for stealing and what not his plan got screwed. At least he is nice enough to send you back your money.

If using paypal use a Credit Card! you will not see your money back if using fund from a bank account or funds already in your paypal account. I cant stress it anymore than that paypal is Great just use a CC through them or your taking a HUGE risk.
