pretty sure i just got f*cked
So this memeber PMed because i was in need of a transfer case, and he had a OEM one for sale. So after a few PMs he gave me his cell and work number and his paypal adress. So i paypaled him the money on monday and within a few hours i recieved a text message that said "ok i got the money im going to send it out tuesday and PM you the tracking number". So i waited till wedensday and got nothing, so i called and left a message and texted him to see whats up, still no answer. So today i called his work and they said he no longer works here. So i told them what happened and they said "yeah were missing alot of parts and we cant get a hold of him" so im like do you think he stole my money? and the guy said "i cant be for sure but theres a good chance that your not going to see your parts, or your money back"
SO now i called him like 5 times no answer....im so ****ing pisssed.

Paypal wont give you a dime if he doesn't have the money in his account. I have been waiting on $700 for 2 years after a claim. The guy hasn't used his paypal account since. If you paid with a CC, charge it back. Whats more important, paypal account or your money?

yeah im on the phone with the credit card company now. IM going to try and call paypal...i was searching on their site but couldnt really find a number. So if anybody has done this before please let me know. Thanks for the the support guys.

BTW, was the name of the member just in case he or she decides to do this scam again...and yes I know that if the member tries to do this again, he or she will probably change the nickname of course.
