I went in for oil change at local dealership, since I had free oil change coupon that Mitsu sent. When I went back to pick up my car, they forgot to wash my evo. Service manager apologize and gave me another coupon for free oil change. That's how customer service should be at all Mitsu dealership.
If I were you, I would file a complain through BBB and contact owner/manager via email or over the phone.
