try tightening all clamps first to eliminate any suspects and then soap and water spray.

nevermind...the noise is coming from the intake side of the turbo tho

The intake side of the turbo is where you connect the boost leak tester. That would mean you haven't created a seal yet...

Well look to see if the line that goes to the WG Actuator is loose, as you think it might be near the intake/compressor side of the turbo, that would be my next guess.

And hugh (ballistic speed), you ***. lol.
