mitsubishi platnum plugs
at 17dollars plus per i was pretty sure the dealer made a mistake on the cost. however i confirmed they are platnum plugs and the cost is correct. the service advisor said they were good for 60k.. 60k on one set of plugs seems excessive.. does this seem right, 60k?
these are the plugs

Not worth it man. Get yourself some BPR7ES's and press on. For that price......screw those plugs man. Get yourself a proper set.
FYI i love the reason they are "so expensive is because they are from Mitsu". Love the car....hate the company. What next gold flec oil for $200 .

Bro, that is what forums like this one is for, ask first then buy. . But as to the first question, 60k on one set of plugs ????? Maybe if you never upgrade your ride. Yuo gotta understand that when you modify your ride it can (not will) shorten the life expectancy on some parts. I mean christ look how often some people change ther Tranny fluid. So 60K....maye , but it depends on whether or not you wanna ride around like your nan-nah in a $35K sports machine.

Platinum Plugs on a boosted car is a no no. They are not platinum if they are OEM. The OEM plugs are Irridium. I run coppers, BPR7ES gapped to .026 They make the car run much better IMO its known thoughout the community just have to change them more often but they are cheap. Ask the tuners they'll tell ya
