Damn... Dejon MBC is the shiznit!

Boost peaks at 22psi and tapers/holds at 21psi. And it's sooo smooth now. Highly, highly recommended.

Two thumbs up.

Oh yeah. Many thanks to Art from Road Race for installing everything.

What does yours taper down to, and how long have you had it?

I highly doubt it holds that good, without a wastegate actuator os somethine is truly unique about your evo...

Are you relying on a boost gauge to read your boost? Or are you logging it using a MAP sensor?

Dunno, that's what I'm seeing. Even if it is a 2psi difference instead of 1psi, I'm still extremely happy.

I'll buy one of these tomorrow if you can produce a MAP sensor log to confirm it.

You're welcome to swing by, install one, and log it yourself.

Seriously, why are you guys getting your panties in a bunch. What's the taper on these things usually?

Your gauge is probably off. I had a Defi D gauge and I used to think that I am boosting to 23-24 PSI and holding high to redline. When I started logging my boost the numbers were lower. The Defi D was about 1-1.5 psi off. The logged boost was 21-22 psi and holding to 19 psi.

I suspect that the same thing is happening with your gauge.

Dunno. Regardless, it makes a noticeable difference compared to the stock solenoid, so I'm extremely happy.
