Sold the Evo......

Last Sunday, the wife and I jumped in the Evo for a cruise around the country side...no intention whatsoever of selling my car. We drove past a Mitsubishi lot down here and there she was

I don't really know what happened but she is gone. I loved that car too. I have been a member for a few months now just lurking mostly. But if anyone is interested she is for sale In Enterprise, Alabama, I traded it for 21,900. So if anyone wants to nego on it they know what the dealer has on it. I had a Turbo Xs catback on it but it is now for sale (PM if interested cheap cheap cheap )....The car at the dealer still has a RMR intake on it too....

I plan to still hang around....

Later,

Seth

TurboXS Catback Exhaust for sale now....

Hello, just curious how many miles you had on the car? And what trim was your car? Enjoy the new car!

Z06? Sweet. How do you like it? Do the interior and seats and ride quality seem better, or worse, or about the same?

What year is the vette? Looks like an older one since it has the old style flip lights.

It seems as though the trade in values for Evos don't really hold up too well at all. The reason I'm asking the mileage is because I'm thinking of getting rid of my Evo for a 335i.

I loved my Evo but the Z06 is amazing....the test drive sealed the deal...It is an 03 Z06...to me the evo was fun to drive but i got sick of the way it drives, it wasn't comfortable to drive economically. I didnt want to go ***** to the wall all the time and if you didnt go into the 4-5-6 k range it was just an uncomfortabl feeling. The Z06 is easy and great to drive nice and slow and it feels like a sled, but a tap of the gas will remind you that is has 405 ponies under the hood... And an added plus, if I use the cruise control in any gear it will get 30 + mpg. The ride quality is also great...very comfy, cant feel a bump...but it still hooks well when needed...

Its not that old -- 2001-2004. The 02-04 LS6s had 405hp (2001 had 385hp). Both underrated.

Like the Evo - they like to be tuned. My brother has a 04 LS6 in this Z28 - tuned made 340whp on a low reading Mustang.
