HP wise HKS is good but the filtration is not that good (same can be said for the Blitz). Best to stick with a K&N type, just don't over oil it when you clean it (not as common as people would have you believe). Get the biggest cone filter you can possiblly fit under the hood and try and channel some cold air to it and seal it from the hot ambient under hood air.
I'm thinking of putting a 90degree elbow on the MAS and having a very large cone K&N vertically mounted with a shroud and then pulling air from the drivers side front air duct. It looks like there is more room for a large filter this way (and it would draw cooler air) Any one try this yet?
