Water pump question!

Has anyone replaced a water pump on a 03 Evo? If yes, could you post a how to installation? It's saturday and I need to fix mine and the Mitsu dealership has no openings till tuesday next week?
Thank you.

No, I have not replace a timming belt before but from what I heard you don't need to take the timming belt off in order to replace the water pump.

Yes you do. This is a 4-5 hour job for an experienced mechanic. Do not try this yourself.

I changed mine Tuesday. I think I know the job pretty well. The WP bolts and tensioners are in the way.

Yeah the job's no fun. Keep a steady hand, the pump gasket is thin and could easily be damaged.
