Looking for a certain BOV sound

I have visited numerous sites with different BOV sounds, But the thing i noticed is that a BOV sounds different from car to car. I found the sound i want i just havent found someone that has that sound on an Evo 8. Confused yet? I am looking for a BOV that makes that LOUD squeaking noise, not so much the whoosh.

If you go to www.blowoffvalves.com and go to sound clips i am looking for the sound from the clip labeled "Greddy Type S on 7MGTE Supra / TO4E / Hardpipes (Thanks Mark)"

But it says it is a "Greddy Type S" and if you go down to video clips and click on any of the clips that say they have this Greddy type S it sounds nothing like what it does on the supra.

Basically does anyone have a BOV on their Evo 8 that sounds like the clip "Greddy Type S on 7MGTE Supra / TO4E / Hardpipes (Thanks Mark)"?
If so what BOV is it? Do you have a sound clip you could email me or post on here? All help appreciated

A quick release from alot of boost makes a different sound than a short shift/mild boost. The HKS makes the "springy" sound when driving normal, but under alot of boost it'll "squeak".

I don't know why people are so against the SSQV on the Evo forums. I think it's just because it became so common.

Oh my, oh my. Run away from this tread.

HKS SSQV - is not met for MAF cars (i.e. Evos). People that have no idea why no HKS BOV for an Evo - please search.

What DV do you have now? If its the stock plastic VIII, then I agree, you should change that. Good replacements are IX metal DVs or the Forge units.

Yes, I have a Type-S, a real Type-S (yes its recir) - they are no longer made and there are many crappy knock-offs out there now. Why do I have one? I got it for nothing, and it holds boost like a champ otherwise I would have a IX or Forge. Do I can about sound - nope, I care about if it works or not.

Please do not get something just based on sound.

HKS has a recirculation kit for the SSQV, which is the only thing needed to work properly with MAFS.

Not totally correct. The HKS unit doesnt open at idle. Our DVs will open at idle a little bit to let some air back into the intake. This keeps our MAF happy.
