Headlight Help!!

I rear ended someone and it cracked my headlight housing. There for the headlight had some mosture in it for about a week. During the week with the mosture the headlight worked perfect. I took my car to the body shop, they fix everything and ordered a new headlight housing. They put all the bulbs into the new housing and now the headlight will come on and then turn right off!! Can anyone tell me why this is doing this? Or how to fix it? I dont understand why it worked fine before and now it doesn't

I do have the factory HID's and Foglights if that helps.

Any info is greatly apprecieated!!

Has anyone else ran into this problem? The headlight itself will turn on but turns right back off......its turns on and back off like a camera flash...

The other day I got a car back from a transmission shop. The transmission leaked. So back to the transmission shop we went. Its unfortunate but not everything gets fixed on the first try.

Alright, Heres some info if anyone cares! The moisture from the cracked headlight ceroded the HID box on the bottom of the light. So $500 for the new box and the headlight works again! Hopes this helps someone in the future....
