Unless you can find someone who knows these diff then I would say its fairly uselss.
To go along with the diff you need the pressure pump, ecu and sensors(I think it just uses the ABS sensors and also a steering position sensor), axles I believe are different compared to the RS diffs.
Once you have these all installed you'll need to have the thing bled, which is where you find someone who has worked with AYC diffs before and has the right equipment.
Personally I don't believe it is worth it. Hell, plently of people go from AYC diffs to RS diffs, I don't really hear people going the other way around.

AYC-equipped rearends use shorter axles because the diff carrier is physically larger.
I have an AYC equipped EVO IV and I am looking forward to the day when I locate an EVO IV~TME RS setup. Very few companies make aftermarket parts for the AYC setup and they break fairly easy.
Without all of the required parts mentioned above, an AYC setup will not function properly.
