If you are such a fricken perfectionist I hope all of your for sale threads have fully itemized pictures. Also 95% of the for-sale threads do not have pictures, so maybe all of the vendors should in there and start questioning it.
BR was wrong, and it was settled. Can I sell my fricken exhaust now!? It is this type of crap that makes me want to run open O2 and pull it off from my car ASAP.

Well you see the welding of the tp and dp together did not hinder performance or the original intention of the product. It made it better so it did not leak. If this is a bad modification please tell me how. This makes no sense.
He certainly was wrong, I don't know where you get off although he did say that the exhaust was his and it was settled. I mean seriously though it is BS that I got called out like I did and this is why I am selling it. The reason I can advertise as Buschur is because I listed the mdifications that were made. The second largest reason he was wrong is that he did not contact me directly. As good of a vendor people claim that BR you think they would have better tact. This was shown to be not the case.
Forums **** me off because if you had the opportunity to meet me in person then it would be a different story. Although you seem to want to make sure that I am following the rules. The new for sale thread is very descriptive and has a crap load of pictures. I guess from now on I will make sure to take intimate pictures because obviously I am not a proven member around here with excellent feedback. I am such a risk...NOT.

Wow, somebody's got a wee attitude problem...
If someone bought a Joe's EVO8 exhaust, welded parts of it together, and tried to sell it as a Joe's EVO8 exhaust, I'd imagine you'd be a little concerned. Were the parts oriented correctly when welded? Is the weld stainless? Is it a quality weld? You don't know, and without knowing, you wouldn't want the item sold under your name.
You initially misrepresented your item, and that misrepresentation, combined with poor-quality photos, led David Buschur to complain to the EvoM admins, who pulled your ad. You threw a hissy fit, but eventually produced sufficient photos and explanations that David agreed that the system was originally a Buschur product. Your ad is relisted. So what's your problem now? Is it that hard to admit that a modified X is a modified X, not an X? If you're so sure this modification is an improvement, you should be proud of it and using it as a selling point. Instead, you get upset when someone points out it's modified.

I get upset when I was questioned in the first place. To pick your brain look at this attached picture. It was the original picture up in the original thread. Although it is not the exhaust off the car it is still a good representation of the unit. There might be only a few other units that have this look from the rear of the car. I should know because I have installed enough of them. Most for sale posts have 0 pictures, and people still buy the product. Are you missing this point?
The weld is stainless, the weld looks as good as the rest of the welds, and this actually makes it better because it gets rid of a slip joint/clamp. It is pretty hard to not admit that a solid connection that will never leak is not better than a slip fit/clamp. So even for a modifided BR exhaust it is still better than what you can buy and for the price it is a steal.
I am proud to let it go to some other EVO so I can move on, I can admit to an attitude although if I did not have to be on the defensove all of the time I would be better off.

With cat and a Magnaflow muffler it is very tame. Maybe a bit louder than stock, although it should not get you in trouble out there in CA. I actually was impressed with this setup, although the ultimate racing system I put on with a cat sounded very much the same.

Those videos just reinforce my soon to be purchase of the BR Stage I. I'll be getting the Magnaflow with HFC because I don't want it too loud and I like the sound of the Magnaflows. I can't wait until Friday when my tax return check gets deposited.
