I am not from NY, but those do not look like temp. tags on the front of that car.
Could it be that the new owner (someone in your neighborhood whom you do not know) just wrecked it within 2 weeks of owning a new and powerful car? Maybe it was "Snicewizc?"
Either way, good looking out. If that were my car I'd be glad you are as situationally aware as you are!

we'll see....but on the block where the car is parked, houses sell for $1,000,000.00
and up... and they have driveways and garages.....

Yeah, if I wasn't a "good" guy I would have had this car stripped to the shell already......
When I saw the car again on my way home I was thinking hummmm it would be nice to have the SE interior with the red stitching and the new BBS wheels, and an extra set of new Bilsteins... and whatever other parts I can find...
But I know for me to do that would be messed up as I would not want anyone messing with my EVO ;-)

it will take u all of 5 mins to get off! since its just abndond, if it was stolen already it will be replaced, also they might think it was damaged in the wreck,

dude thats dumb to go jack the front lip. what it was yur ride? plus he could get arrested for stealin that. do it legit and buy what u want. its guys like u that r a bad name for owners.
