Doesn't that concern you that you actually have to be careful when washing your car? What if it rains? I guess I'm thining like this if you gonna buy a 32-36 thousand dollar car. Why not put something on it that your sure won't ruin the paint job or just pay a little more just to know its not going to come off when your cleaning it (car wash.)

guys,
I ordered the cf ebay badge from seshoponline (ebay sellers) which by the way, that seller is horrible at customer service.
that part should come in monday-tuesday, and Ill take detailed pics of that.
The thing with these forums, no one takes super detailed photos of the quality detail in products so we can get the big idea that yeah, its awesome, or no, it sucks! so ill end this EBAY uk badge debut once in for all!
and by the way, THE ALUMINUM UK BADGE SUCKS.
I dont want to be careful washing my car!! thats the least thing you would do to your car to be careful of since its WATER/CHAMOIS', i will be taking off this badge shortly, and heres a picture of the disaster of my T on the badge how easily bendable it is!!! HORRIBLE PRODUCT END OF STORY, DONE
can someone please take some really good pictures of their carbon fiber ebay uk badge that has proper lighting so we can see the construction quality?
easily bendable aluminum foil badge

I have the same badge on my EVO, and yes if you are not careful, they will bend and look terrible. My X bent when I was drying the EVO off after a wash... But overall the product isn't have bad...Just have to treat it delicately... If these can be made thicker, then I would go for that. These are temporary at best...

If anything the adhesive is far weaker then the stock badge stuff.
Rain doesn't bother it at all.
I just washed it today and didn't have any problems.
It looks fine. Just take great care mounting the thing.
