Radio / Guage swap. Problem with vacuum hose.

Hey all. Im the middle of radio/guage swap.

I moved the boost guage furthest left. When i replug all my connections, it feels the vacuum hose line has to be pulled a little to fit. theres absolutely no slack. Is this normal? thanks in advance!

I don't know if that's normal but you should probably replace it with longer lines just in case.
