Not road worthy repairable. That frame is twisted badly. Probably the cost of parts alone(not including labor) would be near the current value of the car.

+1 for you walking away. take a vicotin and drink a beer and sleep it off. get a new car. mod it and be happy its water under the bridge and u can still see it flowing buy.
