Single Boost Gauge, any mounting ideas??

In my opinion, the A-pillar is the best place for gauges, as it is easier to keep an eye on the road and view the gauges at the same time. There are also new HUD setups you might want to look into, however I have heard from several people it is hard to see the reflection in broad daylight. Then there is always that stupid empty "lancer" spot in the gauge cluster, if you don't have any qualms about hacking it up =)

I know you said that you didn't want the steering column one but there are a couple of different ones out there for the column.. I particularly do not like the pod that replaces the entire column where the gauge slides in like this:
However, I run the one below, which I think looks fairly simple and clean.. Didn't know if you'd saw that option or not but it's a good choice IMO..
