Buschur Manifold

Hey guys i just wanted to ask has anyone changed their exhaust manifold for the Buschur one? My evo is at the shop and i was informed that one of the bolts holding my stocker was cracked. Have any of you experienced this before? It's making me a little paranoid, but the rep of the shop is good. They have evo experience. Just a little worried if there is anymore damage anywhere else on the car.

Do you want information about the Buschur ported/coated stock exhaust manifolds, or do you want help with your worries? To answer your question, yes, tons of people have gone that route, because a ported stocker is better than an aftermarket tubular, and it costs less. I have one myself, and it came with new hardware (bolts/studs/gasket), which may be something that interests you.

you can pick up some stainless steel studs/bolts for the manifold that would resist rust.

Do you know exactly what kind of performance changes one can expect by porting the manifold? I really want to get mine done, but I can't seem to find any numbers anywhere.

There are no exact numbers. You usually do it in conjunction with a ported/coated 10.5 hotside and ebay o2 housing. Doing one without the others isn't very effective.
