What to pay for a new 06 in 07?

You should NEVER pay MSRP. Always haggle using the invoice price and plus a 2-3% dealer holdback for their profit. On Edmunds.com the IX goes for $32945 w/SSL and the MR goes for $33165 at invoice price. So if you get your car for around or less than that you are doing great.

Got my SE for invoice back in Aug 06. There are dealers here in CT that have had the same cars on the lot since the summer. Anyone paying over invoice for these in the Northeast is crazy.
