What to pay for a new 06 in 07?

I have a 2003 EVO 8 that I want to trade in on an EVO 9. I have gone to four different stealerships and most of them aren't being very flexible on price.

This is a 2006 EVO and as soon as I drive it off the lot it will instantly take a year of depreciation. What kind of price BEFORE TAX AND TITLE should I be trying to negociate for?

Same deal here, SC. I'm planning on getting my Evo IX in three months and it seems that they are going for 31-32K for the regular gsr not ssl. I don't one want to spend more than 30K so I guess I'mgoing to get a Evo IX RS, or a regular Evo with a few miles. Good luck . South Carolina sucks.

Offer them a $1k over dealer cost. That sounds fair doesn't it?

$30,088 for a brand new IX SE... that's $3,786 BELOW MSRP.

If you are going to buy a IX, make sure you get the SE. The hid's were such a pain to get ahold of in a standard IX.

There's a white 2006 Evo 9 on the showroom with the SSL package that they'll move for 29,900 if you're willing. It stickers for 35.6K or so.

It's in Fayetteville, Arkansas @ Superior Mitsubishi.

i should be picking up my IX mr for $34,163 sometime next week. Didn't take much to get the dealer to drop price.

You should haggle them down a bit more. Tell them to match $33,446. Save $700!!

Don't buy the car in that Ebay link. That dealership is known to scam.
