Please Answer Quick on IX bumper

i took off all the bolts and scrwes and it doesnt want to come off. IT seems it is stuck on the crash beam like i didnt take off the bolts?

... you got 4 bolts off the back inside, the two wheel well bolts..,
did you remove two screws where the tires are?

There's also two bolts on the sides of the intercooler covered by those little round caps that you can pop off with a screwdriver or your finger.

did u take the bolts of from the license plates an the passenger side its a 10mm bolt

this is the one people usually forget to take off...happened to me too and i couldn't pry the bumper off.

There should be 6 bolts (one in each wheel well, one behind the little round pop-outs, two above the radiator) and then the 2 plastic clpis above the radiator and the four clips in the wheel wells (2 on each side). Then just pull the bumper real quick like from each side (careful not to scrape the ground).
