Got new racing seat... (torque specs??)

Got new racing seat... (torque specs??)

How much should I torque down the seat brackets to the floor? I searched a million times...

Just use common sense, tighten it down "real good". Thats what i did. No problems here.

factory torque specs.and if you cant find that get yourself a dial indicating torque wrench. reverse it to find the torque. However it is a seat bracket i just tighten mine down until I'm happy with it.

i don't know the factory specs that's why i'm asking!

r u sure? i torque my wheels that much sounds a bit excessive dont' want any stripped bolts

No, I'm being overzealous. You could use some lock-tite (the kind you can break loose) and just torque it down to somewhere around 30 ft/lbs. Just make sure the bolt's not going to work itself loose from the cabin vibrations.
