I think Buschur does all that.

These guys coated my manifold and O2. they are in Atlanta, which is a little closer to you. It was a 3 day turn around. They have a choice of colors too ... I got mine coated in their titanium finish ...

They do not do porting though.

Buschur, of course. I thought that was common knowledge.

Anyway, don't bother doing your o2 - just get the Ebay-style SS O2. Buschur used to do the stockers ported/coated until he tested it against the SS O2 and saw a big difference.

Yeah, if you look at the pics I posted, I obviously got the aftermarket mani and O2 coated, not the stockers. Even with the coating, the engine bay does get much hotter though ... If you're porting/coating your stock mani, keep the heatshield, especially with an open filter.

Well, it's louder ... and hotter.

I didn't install the mani and O2 until they were coated, so I have no idea about coated vs. not. The car does spool a little quicker and may have a little more power, but it's not very noticeable to me. However, I don't push the car to the max often, so I'm not the best guy to ask about performance changes. I'm saving that for HPDEs .. and those are still a couple months away.
