Well if nothing was hit or there were no impact marks then they should have taken care of it under warranty. I guess some dealers like giving other dealers a bad name. Customer service will make a customer relations file on your car and they'll make sure that the problem gets corrected. Hopefully they'll get your evo back to it's "good as new" condition

yeah they are gonna take care of it. its sad for me to have to go this route but you do what you have to do. its sad cuz i have a show this weekend too.

I bought my Evo from Barber Mitsu in Vallejo and all I can say is that there is no way I'm bringing my car in there for service or any warranty work. I've had worse stories than yours when my Evo was only 2 weeks old when I went back to Barber Vallejo for some warranty paint issues.
