AZFI manifold pictures installed

here are some pictures of my Arizona Forced induction t3 manifold with a 38mm gate on it... this manifold is awesome & fits great
everything else is something i have either made or had from a previous kit..
i had a rnr short runner manifold on before & the spool time is amazingly faster with the AZFI turbo is a t3/t67 journal bearing turbo for those wondering, i
don't have any numbers yet but i will in the next few weeks.

you might want to replace the zipties with chicken wire or steel zipties...

the only think i don't like about his manifold is how runner #4 is welled onto the flange at an angle (could be from the angle of the picture). i like it when a runner comes straight out then bend instead of a cheated bend. don't know if it could effect efficiency or not. other wise, the manifold looks like good quality. and i would also replace the zipties with stainless wires or hose clamps.

that's true, the exhaust manifold cold get red hot under extended WOT. and aluminum is very good at absorbing heat, that could melt the rubber diaphram inside the wastegate.

well i have only had it on the car for about 2 weeks but so far i would say it comes on boost about 300-500rpm faster & i'm running alot leaner up in the rpm range vs the old manifold setup so yeah i would say it is pretty big difference so far
thanks for the comments guys that heat sheilding is sticky i just wanted to get it on there for a few weeks until it sticks good enough...
