The only places you can get it are through www.motiongarage.com (used to be myevostore) or Nisei Engineering.

actually you are wrong, like i said you can get it on ebay and if you call up nisei he will tell you that you can get it on ebay! and ebay offers free shipping for most of nisei's products.

you can get them from either ebay or motiongarage, try both or call kevin.
