here's a question on the topic of aftermarket seats; are fixed-back buckets safe to use with stock 3-point belts? I ask because the lap belt doesn't sit low across your waist due to the high side bolsters that continue from the base to the back. it looks like it could ride up in a crash and cut across your abdomen (gut), or possibly allow you to submarine.

i had sparco milano's in my other car and i loved how the memory foam felt once you sat in them for a while...when looking for seats, always try them out first if possible

Fixed back buckets are not designed to be used with a 3 point factory seat belt. Use at least a 4 point harness. 5 point with anti-submarine belt for extra safety points. Schroth makes a nice ASM tech 4 point harness.
