aftermarket seats

I am looking for some new seats for the Evo and need some feedback.

They have to recline and have more support than the factory seats. Cant go with anything smaller because I like how wide the factory seats are and they fit me good just not enought support.
My friend has replica Bride Gias and I barely fit in them...cant imagine driving for more than 30 minutes in them.
Im 5'11 180 pounds average built.

Thanks

I would suggest sparco evo 2 seats, but since you want to recline try the Recaro's

To be honest i have had the sparco evo for about 3 years and i have it bolted down without any adjustability. Let me tell you, once i got it where i wanted it, it feels more comfortable than stock. And no more grabbing the oh$hit bar in corners. But i am 5'7" 150 so im not a big guy. But they do make it in an EvoL for Larger people...

There aren't many aftermarket seats that are as wide as the stock ones. Why not just add more bolster to the stock ones?

If you check out the Recaro website, you can see all of the seats that have different widths available. Cobra also makes a few as well.

I forgot to say Sparcos as well

you can't tell by looking at them, which sucks because it's easy to get duped into spending big bucks on fake seats.

the bride cuga might be a good choice for aggressively bolstered reclining seats with a bit more width. I'm just trying to find a sample to sit in to verify that they are in fact larger than the gias, which is a little on the tight side.

Bride Euro 2s are a tad bit smaller than stock but not as tight as the Gias.

Not trying to stray too far off topic...but are the replica Brides even safe to use? (stupid question, I'm sure) and are the GIAS wider than stock?

Sticking with the real stuff is always a safe bet. There are a lot of things to be considered when making a seat that many people don't know about.

The Gias are narrower than stock.
