i haven't seen one either... i was interested in one, but i'm not sure now... cause i may want to use that DIN area for some gauges, unless i can find a pillar pod to mount at least a boost gauge...

One word fellas: aftermarket! Don't pay any extra for OEM stereo equipment. But I'm sure you already know this. There are a few in-dash changers on the market that takes up one DIN slot. One of them happens to be Nakamichi...real quality stuff.

Actually, according to the dealership here (Tuttle Click), it's a standard Mitsu unit. They can actually install it now, apparently. The cost is around $500 installed, which is a little steep IMHO for a unit that is OEM. I'd rather spend a couple hundred more and get something aftermarket that sounds better (although I prefer the stock look).

6 Disk Changer
I priced it through Mitsubishi. About $600.00 installed! I had a 4 disk changer in my 2000 Eclipse and loved it, but that was an Infinity Sytstem. The stock radio sounds way to tinny for me and I'm gonna replace it. Some companies make decks that play MP3s so i'm going with one of those. Also, Clarion makes a deck that will store 6 CDs worth of misic internally...might be a good option.
