my local dealer told me to come up to put down a deposit of 1000.00. he toold me that if i gave him that money that i'am forsure get one of the two evo's that they are getting in. the 1000 is not refundable what do you guys think ? Do you guys think i should do it or it b.s., cause i have 10,000 saved you to buy a car please help me.

i.e. 1000 over MSRP, at MSRP, or something?
If not, then that $1000 is probably gone since it is not refundable.
They could tell you $5000 over MSRP and you will see that hard
earned 1k into their pocket without selling anything.
Talk about profit margin.
