Are the strut tower braces and groudning kit factory or dealer accessories?

Are the strut tower braces and grounding kit factory or dealer accessories?
I noticed that they have a crap load of accessories listed for the car, but are all those dealer installed accessories?
There is a front lip, front and rear strut tower braces, grounding cables...
Especially the strut tower braces I would love to have some of that for autocross or track driving... but if those are dealer installed options instead of factory installed I can't use them in stock classes for Solo II.
