What is new
From Car and Driver
"The worst-kept secret in the car business is now officially not a secret: Mitsubishi will import to the U.S. a version of the racy Lancer Evolution VII beginning in the spring of 2003. The U.S. version will offer about 250 horsepower from its turbocharged 2.0-liter four cylinder. That compares with 276 horses in the Japanese market cars, which uses a different intercooler. The Evo comes with all-wheel drive, a yaw-control system, and an active center differential. For an expected price of between $25,000 and $30,000, the Evo wears 17-inch wheels, Brembo brakes, and a racy body package. Mitsubishi has sat on its hands with this little screamer, and now, very shortly after it appears here, Subaru's Imepreza WRX will show up with a new Sti version packed with about 50 more horsepower than the current WRX."
So this leaves me with a problem, which one is the one to buy? What do you all think of this new info? So does this mean the Subaru Sti will have more hp than the Evo when they come to the US?

Okay well it is new to me and a lot of people out there. So hope bout this bit of info:
The Dodge Neon SRT-4, which broke cover in LA, will be powered by a 205hp, 2.4-liter four cylinder. This new Dodge is expected to be the quickest sub $20,000 sedan in the US hands down.
Are you happy you have your Lancer OZ now?

**** man, what I should still be on the bust waiting for a mf'in neon to come out?...the only reason the neon will be so quick is the supercharger, throw a turb on mine and watch the hp climb past 205 status, from a 2.0 liter single cam
