I don't think that Mitsu is going anywhere, however I do believe that the X is going to lose its hot factor when it comes out. I think the idea of them taking out the 4g63 is going to kill the car. Much like the eclipse. The good thing is they are keeping it the turbo. I don't know though. I know that im a faithful 4g63 enthusiast and I will be sad to see it go. Time will tell, we will see what the X has to offer. It would be cool if they came back with te 4g in the new eclipses That wouldnt make sense for them to do that though.

All I can say is Outlander....those things are selling as fast as Evos at my dealership. Mitsubishi's new line up should put up some good numbers for MMNA.

I don't know if it's a shell game. Between 00-02 from the intro of the new 3g eclipse and lancer, they had the zero-zero deal. Two years later, Mitsu payed the piper. I know it's still goes on, because my best friend + wife bought themselves an Outlander . . . they love, except for the squeaky rear springs (I don't feel like fixing it).
also, I have been a lot of those ugly galants on the road lately. Don't know if there was a blowout sales or what.

^ Yeah, I never did understand who designed the current Galant. One of the ugliest cars evAr.
Let's hope 's new fortunes will be turned into better designs such as the outlander and lancer.

MHI will not let MMNA go down. Besides MMNA is only like 15-20% of MHI so they have plenty of money to spare. Maybe Chrysler finally cutting Mitsubishi finally made them profitable again.
