I would trust Riverside. He's looked things up for people before.

I would NOT make another call just to check.

No, you just have a 30k dollar car you'll have to fix yourself... You know as well as the rest of us that you wouldn't give up on the Evo that easily.

If the warranty was voided you would have seen a -void or expired at the end of your 5/60 or 10/100 warranty. Btw my evil plan is unfolding as I type this. Lets just say it involes a spider monkey, two tubes of tooth paste and your vin number!

Interesting you should mention that. If that's the case, perhaps the OP can claim that he was never overseas and someone must have played a prank on him by calling in with his VIN number and voiding his warranty. I do not believe the woman who took the OP's call had any means to positively identify that the caller was indeed the OP, and to have recorded that conversation without the OP's permission would have be constitutionally wrong.

With all the complaints about all the unhappy customers here - can make some input on this? Tell us whether you think it's fair.????

would die for us to buy their cars, promises us heaven and stuff and then (only 8K miles later) screws us? And you know - Bonestock is not the the first nor the only one, and for sure not the last one who's being screwed by oh so great dealer!!

Muhaha its to do with the monkey in my trunk! :P... btw the claims you see are unrelated to the parts I have installed. I had my spoiler and a 4 wheel alignment performed on my vehicle. Having exhuast and cams installed in my vehicle isnt going to cause my carbon fiber to fade is it?

I work in the service department at a local dealership. I don't work for mitsubishi directly. Its sad to see some customers treated so badly but in most cases it's the dealership its self that is giving the customer the run around not Mitsubishi.
