If the warranty was voided you would have seen a -void or expired at the end of your 5/60 or 10/100 warranty. Btw my evil plan is unfolding as I type this. Lets just say it involes a spider monkey, two tubes of tooth paste and your vin number!

Interesting you should mention that. If that's the case, perhaps the OP can claim that he was never overseas and someone must have played a prank on him by calling in with his VIN number and voiding his warranty. I do not believe the woman who took the OP's call had any means to positively identify that the caller was indeed the OP, and to have recorded that conversation without the OP's permission would have be constitutionally wrong.

Tell us whether you think it's fair.???? would die for us to buy their cars, promises us heaven and stuff and then (only 8K miles later) screws us? And you know - Bonestock is not the the first nor the only one, and for sure not the last one who's being screwed by oh so great dealer!!
