belts making noise

belts making noise

hello... does anyone knows a quick method to stop noise from the belt.... they make the noise when I turn on the A/C, like they were dry or something..

Belt dressing, but that's just calling for trouble; I'd recommend you change out that belt. You can find belt dressing at your local auto store.

whats belt dressing.¡¡

the belts are new, i just install them when I changed the a/c compressor..

i would not use it it turns the belt gummy and the belt will break.

What the previous post stated "gummy" belts....yummmm..."gummy belts"...

What it does is soften the rubber by making it more porous so that the belt is able to flex better.
