Tuning for alky and tuning for race gas are different. I have a race gas map and am going to make an alky map too soon.

Dude, come on...you don't need to reply to yourself twice. Just edit your first post. Also, would you PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD START SEARCHING???? Every damn thread, you ask newbie questions without searching, and I tell you over and over to learn to search, yet you refuse.

If you are tuned for alky and turn off the alky to run race gas, you'll be in a world of hurt. If you keep the alky on and put in race gas instead of 93oct, you don't have to retune. Run whatever boost you feel like running. I don't see how someone who doesn't know the basics could be planning on running more than 26psi. It's a paradox of nature.

i love it! you can tell its an absolute bad day. like when my neighbor came over today to tell me that "YOU HAVE TO KEEP YOUR DOG IN YOUR YARD". i felt like mulling the hell outta him BUT instead i looked at him and said this: "so your telling me their is a problem and either i have to shoot you or shoot my dog?" "and since you've lived here longer, i'll just shoot my **** ing dog and next time you come over here demanding **** i'm going to shoot your big ***!" he suddenly changed his tone of talk and said i didn't have to do that and that i could take her to the humane society i guess since he's in a harley club and 6'7"/ long ponytail that i should be intimitated or somthin. the wife was standin in the garage and about **** herself when i let him have it i'm sick of stupid ****in people too. i had a bad day also so i can relate. i have zero tolerance, negative zero now, for stupid people

I would have to agree. If you are asking questions about running high boost and high octane fuel, you should really know these answers, otherwise your engine will go boom.
