dealers are asses and will void your warrantee if you have any mods
you car is bacically stock with a few bolt ons. so just put all the stock parts back on and head to the dealer for the warrantee

the boost controller won't help for sure, but the dagger in the heart will be when they drop the tranny and see an aftermarket clutch.

You will certainly need a sympathetic dealer with a medded clutch. The argument will be that it put more stress on the driveline. I would certianly return as many things to stock as possible and give it a shot.

Oh, this is Addison Lee? Man, you've seen me out there autocrossing, and we've spoken briefly. Why don't you come join up on RMEVO.com so you can get local help?

Yeah, its gonna be a long shot to get your car warrantied. I had a boost controller that was hooked up wrong (i just barley bought the car) and they voided my entire drive train warranty. The thing is my boost controller was hooked up to the boost solenoid. Ehh... on dealers.

I spoke to the service manager at the local dealership about warranty recently, his reply is basically that anything added to the car that can increase/alter boost will result in a void of the warranty, so boost controller, exhaust are definitely gonna be problems, stuff like intake, fuel pump and such are allowed, not sure on the clutch and IC piping though, and as for the flash I don't think it's detectable on '03 and '04 models.

If you mod your car, get use to breaking things and paying out of pocket to replace them. Thats how the real world works unfortunately. Don't like it? Don't monkey with your car.

Any chances you had of getting your car covered just went down the drain! You even posted your location

Warrtallon thats a 10-4

Everyone else, fack off- hes new to EVOm, and isn't used to the vast amount of both 1: raw information and 2: immature ****** who have nothing to do but bash someone else.

Hes got what 4 posts guys? Come on, lay off- hes looking to fix his car and jut asking for fellow evo owners advice.

ANYONE who wants to talk sh|t to addison, i will kindly come pick you up to simply watch you get your @ss handed to you by him- he is one helluva driver. The control he possesses over the evo is amazing- i mean we are all decent drivers, and i consider myself to be more than decent (took a racing school), but Addison does autoXs and races constantly back in Cali. NOT only does he have the evo, but a 65 GT350 AND a 5.0 90s style Racecar stang.

Please hes only looking for help- say maybe a mod friendly dealer around Denver? I tried to help him, but i just moved out here so i dont know the area!

Thaks chris, im not planning on doing a warranty repair the tc anyway since its not worth the risk. I'm going to pull the front diff to see if thats blown, if not pulling the rest of the tc and seeing whats torn up.

Just send yours out to Shep or TRE for a rebuild this would be by far your best bet

Good Luck
