Do you have a boost gauge? It is a good investment as your car's performance could be a simple boost leak. It is cheaper than a dyno run and you get to keep the gauge. Might be a good place to start.

Well rumor has it that some evo do not have the correct cam timing therefore much lower horspower. I've ran mine on a humid day and still got the same 13.5 but lower speeds 99.53mph. It must be like 85F+ when you ran? Was Al running slower with his car too?
