hells no, you crazy... i thought about selling my car once for a sti... but, whenever i run them... (at the track or closed area) the outcome is always evo on top... so why would i want that...

 

just dont make the mistake i did. never buy an sti. for all the reasons people mentioned. the car is just terribly built

 

STi owners say the same thing about evos. Everyone thinks the car they drive is the best, it's up to each person to decide what is right for them. I've had people say I should have bought a mustang or a charger but neither cars appeal to me personally.

 

Test drove both cars before purchase and having no problems with the evo right now. Prefer the evo over sti.

 

I think you should really think about what YOU want. It is soley your decision. Don't feed off of what other people think or say. Just make sure you go through all your basis and find out waht is best for yourself~!~

 

I've always liked the evo over the sti. The sti is a great car but if you want to trade because of maintenance issues than the sti is not a good choice either. Both cars are plagued by the same issues especially drivetrain. High performance daily driven cars break no matter what brand you go too. The only thing that really tempted me with the sti is the crash test ratings vs the evo. I would either keep the evo or by a more subdued car

with my brother having an sti and me having the evo, i must say the evo is much funner to drive and my brother says the same.
